MRO Family Office exists because the family builds and owns businesses. It is not a fund, a bank or an adviser to third parties — it is the structure that holds a working family's ownership, direction and responsibilities together.
Its role is to give long-term shape to what has been created: coordinating ownership interests, supporting governance and succession, aligning investments with operating companies, and protecting the reputation and values that stand behind them.
Operating companies retain their own brands, management and full commercial independence. The family office sets direction and stewardship, not day-to-day management.

Morten Reimers is President and Co-Founder of the International South Chamber of Commerce, an independent international business organisation headquartered in Bucharest.
The Chamber promotes trade, investment, business diplomacy and strategic cooperation between the countries of the South, Romania, the European Union and global markets. It is an independent organisation, distinct from MRO Family Office and from the family's private business interests.
It connects companies, financial institutions, governments, embassies, investors and business leaders through chapters, industry councils, country desks, market access work, high-level dialogue and trade missions.
